Request for Return Merchandise Authorization

While we do hate to see that you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we do want to make the return process as easy as possible. Please click and fill out the return request to begin the return process.

30 Day Return Policy

Any and all returns must first recieve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the process above.
We allow you to return all new, unused, and resaleable items within 30 days of receiving your purchase. In order to receive a refund, all items must be returned in the original packaging and without damage.
If the return is because of an order fulfillment error on our part, a prepaid return label will be issued.
Otherwise return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If the product you receive is damaged in any way, we will request a picture of the defective item upon delivery, and work with you to get your item replaced in a timely manner.
All returns coming back via freight will require a photo of the undamaged product prior to your return being authorized. This will ensure that the item is not damaged prior to shipping it back to us.
In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please ensure that all items being returned are in “NEW” condition and packaged in original packaging in a way to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in “new” condition. This means the item must be clean, unused, unassembled, and in it's original packaging.
A refund will not be processed until the item has reached our warehouse and been inspected for any use or damage.
Once the returned item has been found to be in “new” condition, a refund will be granted.
Refunds will be applied back to the credit card, debit card, or other form of payment used for the original purchase.

Right to Refuse Refund

The returned item proves to be used or not in “new” condition.
The returned item is missing parts or its original packaging.
The item is damaged upon return due to improper packaging.
The returned item does not match the item that was shipped to the customer.


If you order the wrong item by accident and would like to replace it, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Upon receving the item to our warehouse, and it is found to be in “new” condition you will be issued a refund for the original purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee.
